Where do you ship to?
Due to some of our products license agreements we currently only ship within Australia.
How long does shipping take?
We know you can’t wait to get your new goodies and we would love to get them to you as soon as possible, shipping is dependant on our suppliers, a lot of our products are shipped direct from overseas to you and may take some time to process.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: All orders are sent for dispatch once verfication of all details are correct and the payment has been processed, this is usually completed within 72 hours.
Shipping Time: After processing and leaving the warehouse items usually take between 10 – 20 days to arrive but can take longer from time to time, this is dependent on the products locations and your destination.
Will all of the items be shipped together?
Sometimes items can be shipped separately if they are located in different warehouses, similar to other online stores who will ship items from different manufacturers. This will not impact the cost of your shipping remaining always FREE!
Why does my order have another name on the packaging
We source our products from different suppliers who will send direct to you to keep shipping free. When items are stocked and shipped by us they will contain our own branding.
The design on my shirt is not as bright on your images, why?
Viewing an image on a high resolution screen is often different than what a printer can produce on cotton material, which will also depend on the colour of the ink and cotton used.
It is normal to expect the colour to be a little less bright or have a slightly faded appearance.
The design on my shirt looks smaller than in your images, why?
The design on the shirts is relative to the size of the shirt, on a bigger shirt the design will take up less space both horizontally and vertically. The designs will still look good and take up a good portion of the shirt.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, through Paypal you can pay with a credit or debit card with or without a Paypal account as well as a bank account or your Paypal balance. All Paypal payments come with buyer protection, for more information check out www.paypal.com.au
Can i pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
Yes! you can use a fast checkout process with Paypal using your credit or debit card without an account and still be protected by their secure paymennt processing gateway.
Creating an account however is fast and easy and will allow you to use other payment methods.
What currency are your products listed with?
The currency for all items used on our site is Australian Dollars ($AUD).
How can i track my orders and payment?
You will be emailed a copy of your invoice after purchase and when using Paypal you will be able to see details of your purchase through your Paypal account. If you have created an account on our site you can also log into your account and view your order history.
How can i cancel my order?
Once you have paid for your order it cannot be cancelled, we do not process refunds for change of mind. You can however cancel the order at any time during the checkout process before payment by removing the items from your cart.
Why is the value different on the package i recieved than what i paid?
Our suppliers will usually enter only the value of the shipping cost and not the item, this is to help avoid additional import taxes that have already been paid.
The size on my shirt is different to what i ordered
We source shirts from multiple suppliers, some are US sizes and some are Asian sizes which are smaller in size, we have modified the sizing on our site to be consistent and match the measurements, eg. US size Small is an Asian size Medium, on our site it will be listed as Small, but the tag may show medium.
